All items ship via UPS. Standard flat rates are as follows:

$0.00–40.00  $4.00 shipping

$40.01–100.00  $8.00 shipping

$100.01–149.99  $12.00 shipping

Orders over $150 receive FREE shipping

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Aïdi Adams wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of unused full-priced merchandise within 15 business days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This policy may also apply to various other promotional items or merchandise sold at a discounted price.

TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

Contact orders@aidiadamsart.com and include a brief description of why you would like a refund or exchange. We will send you an authorization code and return form to accompany your return.

- Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code and return form.

- The merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. 

- We will not accept merchandise that has been used or worn. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:

If your shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 days by phone or email: orders@aidiadamsart.com. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS FROM THE U.S.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with a copy of your return authorization form and send to:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, Return Authorization # and if any/which items you are exchanging for.
